FLANGE GASKET/BOLT SETS

We provide Flange Gasket / Bolt Sets for the Water and Gas Industries in the U.K. and for contracts throughout the world. For the Water Industry we supply WRAS Approved EPDM Gaskets with bolts, nuts and washers which have a Rilsan or Sheraplex finish in accordance with WIS 4-52-03 which are normally standard 4.6 Mild Steel but high tensile and stainless steel are also available.

Gaskets can be offered in three types i.e. Full Face, Two Lug or IBC Ring. The standard thickness is 3mm but 4mm and 6mm are also supplied on request.

For pressures of PN25 or over we would recommend a WRc Approved gasket such as Novus 30 which is a ceramic material suitable up to a working pressure of 50 bar.

For the Gas Industry we supply Nitrile Gaskets in sets with Bright Zinc Coated or Zinc & Yellow Passivated bolts, nuts and washers.
